Wheels up
Pick your jet, sign electronically and arrive at the FBO fifteen minutes before departure. That’s the whole airport experience.
Before you fly
Aircraft class and flight time are the biggest factors, followed by positioning (moving the jet to your departure airport), crew overnight costs, landing and FBO fees, and demand around peak dates. One-way pricing often includes the aircraft’s return leg; round trips flown the same day are typically the best value.
We routinely have clients airborne within four to six hours of a request. For the best aircraft selection and pricing, 48–72 hours is ideal — and for holidays, the Masters or big game weekends, two to three weeks ahead is wise.
Absolutely — pets fly in the cabin with you on most aircraft in our network. Let us know the breed and size when booking so we match you with a pet-friendly operator. International trips may require vaccination records and a health certificate.
Standard snacks, beverages and spirits are always included. We can arrange virtually anything else — from Nobu sushi to barbecue from your favorite Dallas pit — with 24–48 hours notice. Special requests are billed at cost plus a handling fee.
When a jet repositions empty to pick up its next charter, that leg can be sold at 30–60% off standard rates. If your schedule is flexible and your route matches, empty legs are the best value in private aviation — ask us what’s currently available out of DAL, ADS and RBD.
Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 certificated carrier holding a current ARG/US or Wyvern safety rating. We audit insurance, crew experience and maintenance history on every trip — two pilots, always, with type-specific recurrent training.
